At The Ballentine, we offer residents a choice of private rooms, or living space in a spacious two-room suite.  Every warm, secure and attractive room has a private bath and emergency call system.

No matter what type of room they choose, our residents are encouraged to decorate and arrange their living space to reflect their personal taste.  Rooms at The Ballentine can be furnished with our tasteful and quality furniture, or left unfurnished for residents to customize.  Favorite furnishings and mementoes bring a little bit of home and history to each living space.

Kitchenettes are situated throughout the building for residents’ use, whether they are preparing a snack or a personal meal.  The facilities are equipped with microwaves and community refrigerators that are stocked with juices and other basics.  Residents will also find cookies in the kitchenettes for a quick snack.

The Ballentine is Pet Friendly, so family pets up to 30 lbs. are always welcome under the care of a resident.
