Rooms at Kings Grant House

At Kings Grant House, residents can select a well-appointed Semi-private or Private room with walk-in shower and large closet. In semi-private rooms, each resident dwells with another senior in a spacious area. Private rooms have additional space for seniors interested in independence. Rooms are available furnished or unfurnished. Seniors are encouraged to personalize their living space with favorite furnishings, decorative touches and mementoes that speak of home.

Plans are already underway for extensive upgrades at Kings Grant, including the addition of more private rooms and luxurious suites in the near future.

Kings Grant House is Pet Friendly, so family pets up to 30 lbs. are always welcome under the care of a resident.

Just outside their rooms, residents will find plenty of opportunities to meet and mingle in one of our many thoughtfully-arranged common areas.
