Commonwealth Assisted Living understands that the holidays can be a stressful time for caregivers.  We are currently hosting monthly Alzheimer's/Dementia Caregiver Support Groups at all twelve of our communities and invite you to attend.  And feel free to bring the loved one you are caring for and we will take care of them while you attend the Support Group.  Please call each community to ask for dates/times.   

Commonwealth Assisted Living offers specialized Memory Care Programs in their secured facilities, Eden Court, for those residents who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s/Dementia.

Commonwealth Assisted Living is starting a Networking Group for people who work in the senior health care industry beginning every 3rd Wednesday of the month at a different Tidewater community.  Get details for the most current meeting at our 'Upcoming Events' page or call Henrietta Mitchell, Regional Marketing Director, at (757) 650-2505.

Bon Secours will be hosting their "Seniorfest" Health Fairs throughout the southside and peninsula in September and October.  Please come out and visit our exhibit booth - if you tell us you heard about it on this site, we will have a special gift just for you!  Here are the times and places:
